Lorena

I can't say anything but good about this place. Their programming is awesome and to me that's extremely important so I can plan my workouts ahead and avoid overloading my body. The environment is amazing, the coaches the same. The owner super sweet and patient and on top of everything is AFFORDABLE!!! I couldn't be happier ☺️

What to Expect in Your First Class

Walking into a new gym can feel intimidating — we get it. Here’s how we make your first visit comfortable and supportive:

You’ll be welcomed, not thrown in.

A coach will greet you, walk you through the space, and answer any questions before class starts.

Everything is coached and scaled.

Every workout is explained, demonstrated, and adjusted to your experience level, injuries, or comfort.

You’ll never feel behind.

Our classes are designed so everyone works at their own pace — no pressure to keep up or compete.

You’ll leave feeling proud.

Most people leave saying, “That wasn’t as scary as I thought — and I’m glad I came.”
